This was my third place I had went to last Friday to purchase a new ATV. The first place looked at me as if I was beneath them to make a purchase. the second place was much much nicer and wanted my business but the pricing was just not where I wanted it to be. Now when I walked into Honda PowerSports, I wasn't expecting anything stellar however, Noah was at his desk looked up and said \Is there anything I can help you with or show you?\ That is where it all went even better. I told Noah what I was looking for and he directed me to a few models but showed me one that was on the sold circle but wasn't sold as someone who ordered it changed their mind. The price was right but I needed to bring my son by to see if he liked it, and of course he did. It was late. They were getting ready to close. But in NO WAY was I rushed into making a decision or even rushed in how the paperwork was handled. While Dave in finance was working up the numbers and paperwork, Noah (it was dark so he didn't get a solid chance to show us everything) did show us how to operate the ATV on a basic level. Their service was so good that I took my other ATV there to have fixed up that is much smaller and that is the one my son rides. So far so good with Honda PowerSports, will update once I retrieve the other ATV hopefully soon.

The service department isn't very good. I had them install an aftermarket brake lever and a clutch lever. From the comments they wrote on the receipt they never bothered to consult the bike's diagram to insure the work was done adequately with all the correct hardware. I don't trust their work. In addition, I contacted them several times to discuss and they still haven't contacted me back.

Bill was amazing and knowledgeable! I arranged with Bill to look at a used bike, he was extremely polite, knowledgeable and full of helpful tips. No hard sale tactics here... just an honest and hard working team of individuals helping you purchase a toy!

Updated Review: Bill and the folks at Honda PowerSports of Crofton did again. The wife and I went in for our Spring service before riding season, so of course we were looking around while we waited. Being able to wait for your service and get a same day work and out on the road is a huge plus. The service guys are great. While we waited the green beast pictured caught my eye, and Bill was nice enough to give me the full low down. The pluses and minus. Bill's knowledge was once again indispensable for our purchase decisions. Took the test ride that made my decision easy on a superb bike. I got a more than fair trade offer for my bike, and couldn't be happier with my decision. Rest assured, if you come to Honda PowerSports of Crofton, you never deal with the \hard sell\ you will get the answers to the questions you may have, and all with a level of integrity that surpasses expectations. From start to finish a great experience. My wife and I are new riders, and we came into Honda of Crofton to look for a bike for her. It is her first bike so we were looking at the used inventory. The selection was excellent and all in great condition. Bill was extraordinary showing us around the store and talking to us about the different bikes. There was no hard sell, Bill got to know us, our preferences, and what we were looking for. He was engaging and helpful to find the right fit. I really appreciated the way they treat Veterans. Although the store was busy and I believe short-handed on the day, people would come by us to check on us, and let us know that we weren't forgotten about. At the end of the day we got my wife her first bike, and it is the perfect fit and quality. This was a great experience for us and that is because of the friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable team at Honda of Crofton, especially Bill who took great care of us. Honda of Crofton will continue to have my business in the future for accessories, maintenance, and future bikes.
