In the almost 30 years membership never once has there been a disappointment.The range of services they've provided cover more than first aware of, from affordable long term parking near airports (short hotel stay & transit included) to no doubt ticket best pricing for all transport. Needless to say being extricated in a few auto mishaps has more than earned my loyalty.Actually AAAAA would be fitting or 5A

Waited about 30 minutes to be waited on. After the clerk finished with one customer, she then proceeded for another 5 minutes finishing the paperwork instead of waiting on people who were waiting. It seems AAA is having problems being too busy. This week I called the Springfield Massachusetts location 4 times and was told by a robot to call back because they were too busy. I am going to reconsider my long-term membership. There are more options now than when I joined 30 years ago.
I went in to AAA to get my Pennsylvania plate. .Just recently moving from NY, I was unfamiliar with the steps to obtain my plate.Kim Waring was so patient anf explained everything. My wife and I became members and now have peace of mind when we travel..GREAT EXPERIENCE
