I promised myself I would never go back after the last time, but I saw the one woman no longer works there so I thought I'd be able to do what I had to without attitude or aggravation. I was wrong. The woman lied to us about what she needed from us to do a title transfer saying what the seller had wasn't enough. Called a competitor and they said yea we can do it so we took our business elsewhere and for a little cheaper. Would never recommend this place. The women have a knack for having rude attitudes and then try to clean it up with a pet name like "sweetie" YUCK

Great customer service. Every time I go there to get paperwork done, they are both fast, friendly, and efficient. I definitely would recommend going here if you want it done right!

Worst place I have ever been to. Wish I could put no stars. Lost my paper work on three separate occasions, but they took my money. When I went back to straighten it out they acted as though it was my fault. Staff needs to grow some personalities. I will never do business with them ever again. They make you feel uncomfortable and not welcome. They tell you they are "working" on the problem and that they will call you by the end of the day, but they never call back. You must keep calling or keep going back to get any answers. I can't emphasize how RUDE woman behind the counter is.

Edited to say: Michelle took care of everything. 5 stars for her! Original review :Came Saturdaythe lady behind the counter was very rude. She was unhelpful and acted like she would rather be anywhere else. It was a terrible first impression. Maybe she was having a bad day.

Have been to this place three different times, every time was not busy, and the employees were always very helpful, to the point of even filling out required paperwork for me. Great customer service.

I needed a camera card for my driver's licence because it was about to expire. Marie and Michelle were both excellent in both getting me an instant camera card and awesome friendly customer service. Thank you girls!! I will recommend you to everyone. You both were great!!!
