Couldn't be more satisfied or pleased with the entire Smucker Fence Co. Karen, who took my first phone call, was very helpful and arranged an on- site visit around my work schedule. The old fence was removed and the new fence installed without a glitch. Very impressed with the workmanship, how neatly, and efficiently my fence was replaced. And above all, the character of each of the Smucker employees...kind, respectful, honest, quality workmanship. Wouldn't hesitate to use Smucker again. Celia Paolantonio

From my initial phone call to the scheduling to the installation I was very pleased with all of it. I had an old wooden fence removed and replaced. They cleaned up the entire area when done too! Please call them to do your project-or at least get a quote. I think you’ll be glad you did. Thanks for everything!!
The guys that came out to install the fence were wonderful. When they had to remove items in the yard, they put everything back exactly where it was. They were speedy but also high quantity. The day they came was extremely cold and there was some snow. They stuck with it and finished the fence in one day. I was very impressed with their attention to detail and professionalism. I would highly recommend them to others!
John is a great businessman. He knows how to keep the customer happy to garner repeat business and referrals. His crew is skilled, knowledgeable, and attentive. I’ve recommended him many times and have used his services many times. I would not consider using anyone else.
I first used Smucker Fencing a few years ago to do a vinyl fence in our backyard to enclose a large area surrounding the pool (it was a big job, over 10k). They did a BEAUTIFUL job and it still looks great years later. A couple of years afterwards, I had a question about one of the gates not swinging shut automatically and they came out instantly to tighten it. This past week, I had them put an enclosure around our pool equipment (HOA regulations requirement) and they came out and did another fantastic job, making sure the enclosure matched our existing fence (the pic attached was taken in summer, so it shows the big fence but doesn't show the latest job from this week, since everything is now covered in snow). They also replaced a couple of individual fence panels for me while they were here, as our daughter had accidentally put some holes in it while doing archery (ugh!). The Smucker Fencing workers are so professional, friendly and very meticulous. Would highly recommend them for either a big job or a small job - they are definitely 5 stars!
