We arrived early and it took an hour and a half to get through the lines to get our lift tickets (which we had prepaid online) and equipment. It was incredibly understaffed (one person getting skis out to people, one person selling lift tickets/paperwork). We also saw that there were signs requiring masks indoors and this was never enforced. Many people were crammed inside a small area for over an hour waiting and many were not wearing masks...very irresponsible and disappointing since we were under the impression this would be enforced. Also, only one lift was open which was a huge bummer.

I had a great time here, there are some great activities to do! And the people are really nice and helpful. Definitely going back!

A great place to learn how to ski or snowboard. The price is fair and the lift waits really aren’t that long. Rentals are affordable and lessons are available for newbies. I recommend arriving early on weekends to avoid the lines for rentals.

You would think with snow in the forecast and it being a weekend these people would be prepared for a big crowd. Parking was a nightmare and lines were crazy long. They had 1 person selling tickets and 1 person taking food and drink orders. Thankfully I have my own gear because the rental line was an even bigger joke. I love this place and would hate for them to go out of business because of very poor customer service.

Fun day. Small resorts are just that...small. But come on..most fun u can have in surrounding 100mi radius. Do u need to get some ski time? Do u wanna drive or fly to colorado? Mt crescent was fun. Had a great day.
