the customers serve very very ugly!he must to get cash.visa can not.if you only visa.she will call 911.call police come to tald for you.the owner women like to fire you! price is high.but the serve is very lower，if other people take car to basic auto to fix.must be careful.may be will lost money!

5 gold stars! I got rear ended on Kinau waiting at a red light. Guy behind me had faulty breaks? Anyway went to Basic Auto on Umi street for an estimate on repair. Christine was extremely friendly and sympathetic to my situation. She explained everything in great detail and answered all my questions. I was relieved and confident in Teddys capabilities in repairing my car. Christine met with my insurance rep and they handled the details of cost. I was going off island for 2 weeks and dropped off car the morning of my flight. Christine was so kind and dropped me off at the airport! 2 weeks later I arrived back from the trip. Tadah! My car looked good as new. Job well done. She had the boys detail the car all shiny to match the new bumper. Bonus! Thank you so much Teddy and Christine! I'm very picky about body work and their job exceeded my expectations. Christine went above and beyond as far as I am concerned. I am telling all my friends and family to see Christine for all their auto needs.
