Eagle Rider Motorcycle Rentals

Hawaii, Honolulu, 09/17/13 We rented two Harley’s with EagleRider in Honolulu. Pleasant reception in the morning, with the reservation prepared and the bikes ready to go. Some 50 Minutes after arrival we were on the road. With the helpful explanations received from the EagleRider staff we found our way to North Shore and around the Island. The weather was not that pleasant this day. 4-times the blue sky vanished and the rain hit us hard. But temperature remained high so no problem. The tour around the island was splendid. We are still processing all the impressions we gathered during the day. Last stop was Diamond Head, in the middle of the crater. Once we wanted to start off again one of the bikes would not start anymore. Called EagleRider and they promised to send a tow car. 45 Minutes later they called to let us know that the tow car was stuck in traffic and would need another 15 Minutes to arrive. No problem. As such we were informed. Once the bike was loaded we headed back to EagleRider and returned the bikes. No unnecessary formalities and very helpful staff. Thanks. Constructive critics: Contrary to the experience made in San Francisco the previous week, here we were kept informed about the progress. Very well done and thanks again. Just one thing. Please inform your customer, when you move the pick-up place. S. & JC.
