Great customer service and less than an hour in and out at lunchtime
3.5 hours of my life I wont get back. Day 1 I wait 45 minutes for them to tell me the cac system is down. Day 2 I wait 45 minutes for them to tell me they are so far behind that they dropped me off the list and told me to resign in on the computer in an hour. Day 3 I waited 2 hours for them to say they stopped taking customers for IDs and that they do no know when they will reopen. I guess you'll just have to continue using a broken or expired CAC
Big City Taco is a good place to get a quick taco
Down to only 2 terminals, so expect to wait over am hour if you walk in for a new ID.
