Great experience - the staff were friendly and the food was great! The grapefruit chuhai uses a fresh grapefruit at your table and the side dishes were great. Staff were attentive and helped us make takoyaki at our table. Everything was great here. The atmosphere and the food - I'd recommend it )

This restaurant is special for their DIY Takoyaki Osaka style. They will give you a Takoyaki kit and an instruction so you can cook it by yourself. Have fun!!

Found this place while just walking around Waikiki once weekend evening. It's located in the Yokocho Japanese food hall in the basement of the building. Menu looked interesting and we decided to give it a try. Mostly Katsu styled fried items but you can get some udon as well. We tried the fried items.. you can order a combination plate with 5, 8 or 10 items or get any combination you want ala carte.. food tastes surprisingly good.. be sure to get the cheese omelette peyaki.. you can also buy sake, whiskey highball or beer with your food.. in all a good experience dining here.

This was a wonderful little find! The restaurants in the basement of the shopping center remind me so much of the ones we saw in Tokyo. We ate dinner at a lovely sushi restaurant and felt like we were back in Japan. The food was delicious and so was the sake!

The wait staff were super friendly and nice and made it easy for us to understand the menu! My mom and I got the takoyaki, fried mochi in soup, and chose 4 of their ala carte kushikatsu (sausage, bacon, lotus root, and shimeji mushrooms). I recommend all of them, and will be coming back to try more on their menu! For sure, one of my new favorite restaurants in Waikiki!!!
