This was my first time experiencing the unbelievable service and care that Maui Divers Jewelry give their clients. I have worked in the customer service industry my entire career and have been very fortunate to have worked directly with thousands of professional athletes, business men and women and client care has always been the heart making each encounter an experience. Tessie from Maui Divers Jewelry made something as simple as purchasing a birthday gift, an unforgettable experience and provided hands down the BEST customer service I have ever seen. I will definitly be a returning client and highly recommend Maui Divers Jewelry to everyone.

Caution! Caution! Caution! If you feel that you need to purchase jewelry from Hawaii, I encourage you to look for retailers other than Maui Divers. There are others that also have great looking, high design. I was very excited to get a Black Friday email from Maui Divers Jewelry back in November. I ordered three of the single pearl drop necklaces, expecting to get something similar to the picture in the email. I had purchased from Maui Divers in the past, while on Oahu, and was impressed with their designs and quality. When the pearls arrived, I was devastated. As you can see from my pictures, I didn’t get anything like what was pictured in the Black Friday email. So, I contacted the customer service to see if I might be able to return my purchase. I was told that they had a no return policy on the Black Friday purchases. Interesting. It would appear to me that they used Black Friday to unload their poorer quality merchandise on those of us who do not live in Hawaii. We have spent lots of money with Maui Divers in the past. I love their designs! However, I would caution everyone, if they feel the need to purchase from Maui Divers, to only buy in-person after they have seen and touched their purchase. Also, I would offer that there are now other retailers in Hawaii that provide beautiful designs with a more customer oriented purchase and return policy. My phone call with customer service manager was not helpful. No alternatives were offered. She actually hung up on me. I am out over 100 and looking for replacements for these gifts. Look elsewhere to safeguard your money and your purchases.

Love the Design Center. Have been there before to do the tour which was informative and pleasant. Facility is always clean and service are professional and nice. I like that you can request custom products.

Best pearl buying experience! I am generally hesitant when buying pearls due to the lack of standardization; however, the manager gave me the opportunity to hand pick my pearl with gold ring setting of my choosing. Their customer service is incredible! Having the opportunity to hand pick my grade A Tahitian pearl allowed me to customize my gift rather than buying a stock item set. I highly recommend buying at their design center location because of the larger variety of pearls and the ability to watch their workshop make jewelry. The tour is slightly gimmicky, but still nice to know the origin of the business you are investing in. I prefer them over any website or "regular" jewelry store. Highly recommend!!!!

Got hustled - avoid the open a pearl counter. Thought I'd get to open my own oyster. Didn't get to pick out the oysters, touch them, or the schucker. Some fast taking woman who wouldn't let me get a word in was shaking bells and opening oysters that were clearly already opened to produce the same exact pearls the woman in front of me produced. Then she tried to muscle me into dropping money into mounts. Lesson learned. Avoid.
