After my nightmare horrible experience at Black Tie, Mila and the other gal - Natalia I think her name was were very helpful and accommodating! They only asked a couple of questions- size, and color then got me what I needed instantly!! Black Tie gave me the run-a-round for weeks and in the end could NOT deliver. If you want results, go HERE!! Mahalo nui MilaNiko!!!
Great service. Fastest tux rental I’ve ever had! Took maybe 10 minutes start to finish and the tux is in excellent shape and fit perfectly.

Mila and Olga were very nice, even though we were so last minute getting a tux for Prom. They were very knowledgeable and knew what would look good on my son. They made great suggestions. My son ending up with a brand new tux, never worn, and we were in and out of there in no time. No stress. I also like the fact that they answer their phone.
Bruce Shimizu is excellent at what he does, a true professional!!! We got to Honolulu on Monday night to get married on Saturday, and we had just called couple places from back home in Texas and Phil's Tux was the most friendly and helpful over the phone. Well once we made it to the store we had reserved half of our Wednesday to get the tux for my wedding and in 15 minutes we were out of the store with the perfect tux!!! Bruce had just asked my fiance if she had a picture of her dress, she showed it to him and just by looking at the dress he came up with the perfect combination of color and the style of tux. He knew my measurements and was so fast we were impressed and had all of our Wednesday to enjoy instead of stressing out
Mila is a very nice lady. Very knowledgeable about what does and doesn't look good on you. She takes the time to explain what she's doing and her prices are very reasonable.
