They have 5 Champon now but I wouldn’t recommend it. Broth is way too salty that has ruined the whole dish. Otherwise price is reasonable and staff friendly.

Beware of the quality at this restaurant in the Ala Moana food court. I ordered a Oyako Don and it had to be the worst one I have ever had. No flavor and the chicken they used seemed to be mostly fat and skin, couldn't ever taste any meat in the actual chicken. Hardly any egg and mostly rice. I would stay away from this place. The only reason I did not put down 1 star is that the person at counter was relatively nice.

They have an amazing half off Nagasaki Champon deal. All is tasty and piping hot!

I used to go to the Japanese branches in Japan all the time. Exact the same flavor as Japanese branches and that made me feel like I was in Japan. Their price is NOT BAD at all compared to the ramen shop next to them. You cannot find ramen under 10 even without tax in Hawaii. Lol Seems like they started tons of combo menus (good amount) after Covid-19. Kamaaina discount there, too. Not too fancy like the ramen shop next to it, but they have more family friendly reasonable price menus now (There weren’t before as far as I know). I will definitely go back since they remind me the taste I grew up with in Japan.

It is hard to get a good meal in the mall's food court, but I must say that the Champon here is very good and a healthier option that fills you up and is tasty as well. I got the Fujiyama Champon which is their largest portioned Champon. It is loaded and you need to be hungry for it. I must admit that I had big eyes when I ordered it and couldn't finish it. What I like most about order Champon is that it is made fresh, packed with lots of veggies, not oily or heavy, and tastes great. Much rather have this then Ramen which is just noodles, an oily and salty broth, and a some meat. Being that this is in the mall food court, it isn't exactly going to be the type of place that has a bend of backwards type of service, but they are friendly for the most part and get your order right.

It’s a little pricey but the food is good! Some people mistake champon for ramen but it’s not the same. I personally enjoyed the champon a lot!

We ordered the Kasuto Don, which came with miso soup. We added 6 Gyozi as side. Delicious and good value overall

Donkatsu here is terrible. They give you like 3 bowls of rice and then maybe give you 5 slices. Donkatsu is smaller portion than my palm. All rice and no meat. Price was damn near 15 bucks. Drinks are 2 dollars. And they charge refills for 1 dollar. Total was 20 dollars. Its insane how much they cheap you off Nagasaki champon is their main but its mediocre at best. Place is still in business because tourists dont know and they fall for the fancy sign. I hope they go out of business soon seriously yuck. 15 dollars for quarter of a food compared to any other japanese restaurant out side of the mall. Its a food court quality with luxury prices.
