Excellent Korean Market. Freshly made and large variety of prepared vegetables and Korean dishes. Large selection of Asian food items. Fresh produce. They also have an excellent restaurant in the back for dine-in or takeout.

A lot of food options at a great price!!!
Kalbi and spicy pork plate for dinner. Good food. Also got some sides of cucumber and daikon kim chee. And seasoned fish cake. Good food.
Went yesterday for spicy squid lunch plate. I have not eaten this particular dish in several years and the last time I had it a few years ago was at this Palama. The store chain (3 on Island) all have similar concept, lunch plate eatery as well as Korean grocery items and maybe either cosmetics or hair salon or some other side shops. This Palama is fairly small, but you can generally find what you want or need. As far as the food goes, the spicy squid was delicious. Steaming hot, spicy sweet and cooked to order. After getting it, I drove home to Kaneohe and destroyed it. I have been to all three Palamas and will definitely be going again.
I ordered 4 orders of kimbap and kimchi jjigae through Bitesquad. The kimbap was almost perfect for my tastebuds. A little on the sweet side. Thin layer of rice with a good amount of meat and veggies and the right amount of sesame oil on top. 9 pieces in each roll. Bulgogi, carrots, pickled radish, spinach and eggs. Kimchi jjiggae was nice and spicy. Very flavorful and tangy. It comes in a 16oz. bowl with a plate of white rice and 3 sides that are predetermined. Won bok kimchi, cucumber kimchi and seaweed. Very satisfying and comforting. My favorite so far!
My favorite Korean Market in Oahu. They have all the basics and the pre-made kimchi and side dishes are way better than HMart in my opinion. Not as good as Korean markets in LA or Vancouver, but like I said they have the basics.
Didn't have the Keto sushi that I was looking for but the restaurant in the back that makes the sushi was courteous enough to let me know that they don't have it that day. I guess it's a once in a while thing? But they do have Good bentos for a reasonable price, which gets marked down after lunchtime. Love me some of that BBQ Chicken, Mandoo & Rice cake w/ some Calpico. Mmm, I think I'm going there now to get some dinner.
Lots of yakiniku cuts today. Tongue and pork belly look good!
