Food and service was great! The food came out quick which is expected since it’s rice and shrimp. I got the garlic shrimp plate. They add spicy sauce on the side if you want. The pineapple iced tea was delicious. Definitely a must try if you want local food. The place wasn’t crowded at all and there’s outdoor & indoor seating.

Food was prepared fresh and came out quickly. Ordered the garlic shrimp and spicy garlic. Both were very tasty. The prices were very reasonable for Hawaii and portion sizes were decent. Would definitely recommend this establishment. No need to visit the north shore to try garlic shrimp.
Really great food, perfect to grab and go. I read about how yummy the spicy garlic shrimp was so I ordered that, the guy taking my order suggested I could mix the sauce with the pineapple teriyaki sauce so I did. My plate with a small green salad, potato salad and rice was 16. It was so yummy! My husband got the chicken rice bowl and it was 10.
This was a miss for my best friend and I who are total foodies. We had gone about a week ago. This is not authentic Hawaiian food and even some of the locals mentioned for us not to go there and that we should try Helena's instead but the photos looked good and we like to make our own opinnion so we decided to give it a try. I ordered Sams garlic shrimp.l and wasn't impressed. My friend got the garlic chicken and wasn't fond of it either. They don't offer mac salad by the way only potato salad. I would skip this place in the future as there are far better authentic food choices to visit in Honolulu.
The pineapple teriyaki steak was very tender and cooked perfectly! The garlic shrimp plate was also very tasty. The best part though was the hospitality of Mo. Very impressed! He saw my baby and brought us out a little baby cup so she could have something to drink as well. Very thoughtful! Also the pineapple iced tea was INCREDIBLE
It’s good food got the chicken with spicy garlic. No complaints. The potato salad was pretty delicious to. It’s quick not big portion size but money worth.
I have never had this style of food. This is by far the best food places top 3 possibly number 1 that me and my wife have been to while here for 9 days. Great price amazing food, we got the spicy garlic shrimp with rice and was beyond impressed. It is a 100 percent must and it’s cheap!!
I had to come back here a 2nd time for some shrimp. Best shrimp I had on the island hands down. I'll be coming back here next time I visit
