The absolute perfect way to enjoy Waygu beef! Great variety of Waygu cuts available. Cook yourself right at the table to your liking. The beef literally melts in your mouth. Chase it with some pickled sides and you’re good to go. Located right in the Japanese Food Hall. A great experience.

Good food experience. Tips a bit steep.
The food is OK but they don't have a suitable way to go control their waiting list. You may need wait near by the door for more than one hour！Don't go away because if the waiter call your name and you're not here,they'll delete you name, which means you waste your time and still can't enter. Also, the price is high than their food quality, and the take 18% tips even they only give you some drink. it's not a good service, and the restaurant always looks busy and they don't have enough waiters, so sometime make people feel they might be ignored. （btw, I think one waiter didn't write down our order, the rice and udon didn't come at all
* BE WARNED* This is probably the most overpriced restaurant I have been to. Food court quality food with fine dining price. Hugely disappointed. We actually felt scammed dining here. I highly recommend the Japanese restaurant inside Parkshore Hotel. You will taste authentic Japanese food with attentive service at literally half the price.

The food was fine. The prices aren't cheap. The wait staff needs much much better training. An employee knocked over the large metal spoon holder spilling grease water on to my girlfriend's pants, purse, and hat. He apologized, but another employee came over and had the gall to say "it's just water". No, it wasn't just water. It was grease water. There was no offer to pay for any cleaning. No offer to comp the meal. Not even an apology from a manager. Just a stack of napkins and a "it's just water". This is just a mediocre restaurant with lousy staff that we will never visit again.
I am surprised by the Intestine Hot Pot they offered, so delicious that I think it is better than the Wagyu. Alough they are very busy, their service is very good. I asked for a lot of things and they all provided very quickly. Really enjoy the dinner there.
