The lady who helped us was very friendly, informative, & helpful. She even directed us to a snorkeling location where she takes her kids, and it was perfect for what we needed. The literature & instructions they hand out contains valuable information about how to snorkel safely, but it’s presented in a charmingly entertaining way — I was laughing out loud as I read parts of it to my husband. They have multiple locations on all (I think?) of the islands, and you can return your gear at any of them, even after-hours. Seems to really be an all-around great operation. Highly, highly recommend.

Snorkel Bobs was suggested to me by several friends who love to snorkel. This is a well organized and clean establishment with a nice array of snorkel equipment to choose from. Not only does Snorkel Bobs rend gear they also sell it. The best part is, they make their own high quality kit. For those who wish to rent the gear, their prices are a great deal. average price is about 11.00 for Mask fins and snorkel, and if you need flotation it is available as well. There is also a 24hr gear return drop box so you don't have to worry about making it back to return rentals before they close. The merchandise here is very nice, they sell and array of T-shirts, Hats and even beautiful Photographic Prints of marine life. Tours can also be booked here for various outings. I HIGHLY recommend snorkel Bobs to anyone wishing snorkel on Oahu.
Bob took precautions for covid, and when it was our turn he was very kind, accommodating and incredibly informative. He was one of the only patrons that thanked us for supporting him with our travel right after travel to Hawaii opened
Been renting from Snorkel Bob's for as long as I can remember - maybe 50 years. It's one of my first stops whenever I visit Oahu.

They have prescription goggles, the front desk is super nice. He helped us to pick all the equipments, and also recommended the snorkeling places, and also the price is super cost-effective. We got a whole set, including the prescription goggle, fin, and a snorkel tube, and the total price is only 18. Lovely lovely place. Thank you so much
Best snorkeling gear rental ever. Premium qualify and mask doesn't fog as they provide anti fog solution with your rental. They have 24 hr drop off service which is convenient.
