Bought my first motorcycle here and I couldn’t be happier. Services are done pretty quick and they have a lot of inventory to choose from. Staff are always friendly and are there if you need anything
I understand that they're going out of business or moving or whatever you want to call it but I hope they change their customer service mission when they get wherever they're going. no one acknowledged me at all, the fact that I walked from one end of the shop to the other without a simple "Hi", much less a "can I help you" seriously gives me doubts about their business motto. To the GM I wish you best of luck because with that crew you're going to need it.
I can't really comment on the Parts and Sales departments at South Seas as I haven't had a lot of contact with them, but I will say I'm very happy with the help I received from South Seas' Service Department. Shawn, Almond and the rest of the guys have always done their best to get me in and out fast and at reasonable prices. Plus, they always seem to be in a pretty good mood. This is no easy task considering the variety of bikes that come to their shop for service. Many thanks, guys! Chris, with the XRL 650.
Love coming here to grab my motorcycle gear or when I'm doing a oil change picking up some oil and filter. They have all the things I need for my motorcycle.
I went on the wrong day and they weren't selling any of their accessories because they were sending them over to their sister store which is Cycle City and also doing inventory. Nice selection of scooters/mopeds, Honda and Yamaha cycles.
I went in for a safety inspection for my bike on Friday and their computer wasn't working. The staff was friendly, but I was there most of the day Friday and then had to come back on Monday to get it finished up. Everything there was well priced however and it is quite conveniently located.
