Emily and the rest of the staff are incredibly helpful, informative, patient, and determined to process your documents as quickly as possible – especially impressive during the covid-19 pandemic, which has made the visa process for foreigners like me far more complicated than usual. Their English is also excellent. I had experienced TECO in New York in the past and the difference was night and day. 非常好！

Their food is incredible, and unlike the Taipei Economic & Cultural Office in Honolulu in Seattle, their servers are kind and mostly attentive. However, they have a terrible roach problem, and I can't under how they have an A rating - I've been there three times in the past three months and have seen roaches each time. Eat there, because their dumplings are amazing, but know that there are roaches in the kitchen.

My husband went on a business trip to Taipei last year and became a fan of DTF there, so when he got back to the states, he insisted that we had to try it here. During our trip to SoCal during July 4th weekend this year, we finally got to try it with our cousin.

Teco Honolulu had very good customer service with Howard and Carl, but then when this new lady Emily came into the picture, everything went downhill. She is very rude, unprofessional, and judgmental. Also, she won't answer questions if you ask the same question more than once. And why is it necessary sometimes to ask her the same questions more than once, because she wasn't clear the first time around and so clarification is quite often needed. Her English is poor and her attitude is even worse. She makes Teco Honolulu look bad. Dealing with her has left a very bad taste in my mouth and a very bad lingering memory that I would like to forget.
