Everyone was super-friendly and well-informed, and there were several cars available to be test-driven. The test cars were clean, and I watched an employee clean a car's interior after the customer left it. The test-drive process was easy and the cars are a delight to drive! I am definitely taking some of my friends to check them out, and I hope to get one in the near future

Test drove Model Y. Nice, peppy, firm; but center screen projecting out of the extremely plain dash appears to be an afterthought, not by design, just like Model 3. I'm back to the S or X.
The Tesla location in the mall is a great way to see all the various vehicles and options that can be ordered with your new car. It also provides an opportunity for a no hassle discussion about the capabilities and some of the limitations in owning a Tesla electric vehicle.
Wow, today I test drove the model 3. Excellent experience. Knowledgeable staff. Raymond was the adviser who took me on the test drive. He was very patient and answered all my questions. Amazing car. Amazing location. Will definitely be ordering soon.
What I’m about to say may sound like a complete exaggeration but the fact of the matter is Andre from this Tesla store was quite honestly the best salesman I have ever had the pleasure of meeting. The man knew all Tesla models like the back of his hand. He understood the many situations that everyday people go through and why the Tesla cars were the best solution to all your problems. This man embodied the easy going, life loving spirit of the Hawaiian islands and made my experience absolutely incredible. I was in disbelief of his kindness and his ability to connect with me. Overall I can truly say this was my best experience at a car dealership and this was all because of Andre. I highly recommend you go there and ask for Andre, if my word means anything I can guarantee an incredible experience if you decide to go to Andre. Once again, although it may seem as if I am exaggerating, I am not, and you will only believe me once you go and see it for yourself.
