I am Puerto Rican and visiting Hawaii. I was surprised to see pasteles and had to order. I was not disappointed. Amazing, tasty, fresh and taste like home. Highly recommend

A very cool little restaurant away from Waikiki. The place has been making great pasteles for 30 years. Parking is limited as well as seating inside. It's a short drive from Waikiki and is very much worth it. Super friendly service. Bite squad friendly. Roamingsmith.blog
It's so good that I'm speechless like always. When ever we go in town that's a must to drop in and buy the best Pastels plate. Also order for later cause we live on the Westside.
Puerto Rican food is very good. However, they can get swamped very easily. Take out/delivery only. Better to call in order.
