California crab roll bowl which supposedly should be California crab hand roll. This is the 2nd time my order was wrong but I didn’t make a fuss and the employees there were like sorry and didn’t offered to correct it. I thought the crab was too creamy and smelled fishy so I did not finish my food.

Great interesting and unique food. The menu is a bit confusing.
Pricey, and sparing with the amount of protein. Taste is good though. Service isn't the fastest since it's a small place.
Uproll is my favorite place to eat in Kaka’ako hands down. We eat there probably once a week because: 1. The fish and toppings are consistently some the freshest we’ve found on island. And I would like to reiterate, consistency. They seem to have an acute sense of quality and attention to detail. Every time we’ve gone, I would go so far as to say, it was perfect produce and fish . For the quality, the price is quite fair. 2. It’s nutritious food that leaves you feeling buoyant, and full (and totally validates dessert). 3. The staff are exceptional. They are helpful and kind and it appears to all be quite genuine. It’s simply a good place staffed by hard working and friendly people. Also, bonus, they are multilingual in Japanese. I would recommend the bowl, and double the amount of meat/fish for a hungry adult. (Or double the fish because it’s tasty. ️)
Amazing place with yummy food and delicious vegan options. Super fast and friendly service
It's like sushi, but in a wrap... Genius!
It's been almost a week. I'm still dreaming of the bowls here. Far and away the best food we had in Hawaii, and honestly one of the best meals in quite a while. Everything was super fresh, the ability to swap in salad instead of rice to keep things even lighter was great. Inari tofu as a veggie choice was fantastic. Can't recommend this highly enough.
Not bad food, just kind of messy with a wrap with nori. The food kind of came out and it definitely was not like a burrito. I felt healthy eating it and the flavor was good. The only reason for the 3 stars is the high price, 15 bucks for 2 or 4 ounces of ahi and some vegetables is kind of high. I'd be happier if it was 9 bucks, but its business. If nicos can give a half pound of fresh air for 10 these guys should be able to give 4 ounces for 10.
