First time shopping here. Overall the experience was great. Staff was very knowledgeable with my questions. Had everything in stock that I was looking for. Will definitely be back for more supplies for my Kabota tractor.
Purchased a 2019 Kubota L4060 Tractor from Hoober, Inc. in Ashland, VA. The locking nuts continue to fall off, the radio does not work, and there is a recall stating to stop use of the equipment to prevent serious injury or death. However, after talking with the salesman, service department, and manager at Hoober, I am unable to get a resolution or refund. I've been bounced around and directed to the manufacturer Kubota and am now unable to get a response. I have an expensive piece of equipment that I'm continuing to make payments on but cannot use. I'm very disappointed in Hoober and Kubota.
