Great price, easy purchase, very helpful staff, was in and out quickly when purchasing a new ATV. As I did paperwork the service department had it set up and ready to go!!!

Recently bought a bike from here. Overall, I’m really happy with my experience. They were the only ones within 100 miles that had this bike in stock at the time and it was still in the crate. When I called trying to purchase it, they told me they would take it out of the crate and put it together in just a couple of hours so I could come out and purchase it. They got it up and running and adjusted everything so it was ready to drive that day. The business is right off the highway and conveniently located right on the main road in hood river. I would recommend doing business with them, they were really helpful and seemingly experienced.

I called this place on three different occasions to get a quote and information about buying a plow for my boyfriend's four wheeler. He had purchased it brand new off the showroom floor at this place. I was told each time that somebody would call me back with more information. Two out of the three people I talked to were very dismissive of me and didn't want to help with my questions, one person acted helpful and said he would call back after helping another customer. I never received any phone calls back. I was trying to keep my business local but it seems like they really didn't want to sell me anything since I was a little bit clueless about what I needed. Anyways I took my business somewhere else and found a plow and somebody that was able to walk me through exactly what I needed. I wish they had treated me a little bit differently I would have loved to keep my money in the community instead of taking it elsewhere but I will never return to try and purchase another item

Dropped off a jet ski..Sea doo to have a key made after talking to them about it on the phone. They have had my jet ski for nearly a month now. Called yesterday to check on the progress since summer is now over ( and I didn't get to take it out once..) And was told they had worked on it and it had thrown some codes and the key wasn't programming and the mechanic had left for the day but would contact me first thing today. He never called. I just called and was told that he might get to it next week..at which point I reminded him that they have had it nearly a month to just make a key for it. And that I am coming to pick it up today before they close. How frustrating!! I wasted the end of summer waiting on them for nothing. Back at square one now. Grrrrr.

I brought my boat in to have the outboard looked at after it decided to stop working. Jim the service manager told me it was a carb issue and that they would get it takes care of. They charged me time to take the boat down to the river to see if it was working. Because apparently this marine shop doesn’t have the means of testing an out board at their shop!! When I took out the boat the next weekend it would barely start, wouldn’t idle, and was running extremely poorly. When I brought it back in they offered to fix it on their time as they should have. When I went back to pick my boat up the mechanic had me “go through the steps of turning it on” because apparently after starting this motor many times previous “I didn’t know how” . This morning I took out my boat for the first time after getting it back and it won’t even start. They did nothing to fix it and lied to me about it running great. I will never be going back to mid Columbia marine ever again and advise you never use them either. Jim if you are reading this and it concerns you feel free to give me a call I’d love to chat this over with you and see how good your customer service skills are!!
