Very friendly and knowledgeable people who are here to help folks with their family car purchase. I found them to be honest and compassionate to my needs and very solid. I highly recommend going to meet Matt and his wife for your next automobile purchase. They have quality cars to, something for everyone.

Bought a 2007 Mazda 6 Grand Touring Wagon in Dec for a little over 5k. Paid cash. Didn't even make it home before a coolant hose burst. I will say that Matt paid for the tow and that repair even after I'd absolved them of any responsibility via contract. Took it to the Mazda dealership and was handed an estimate of over 7k for repairs. Both rear bushings are torn, two engine mounts are torn, timing chain case is leaking and case needs to be resealed and chain replaced, oil pan gasket is leaking down onto the o2 sensor. No maintenance had been done at all. Transmission, Brake, Coolant and Power Steering fluid all were beyond bad. Had to get full services for all those. Most of this stuff should've been taken care of and would've been found with the most basic of inspections. 10/10 would not recommend this dealership to anyone.

This car lot deserves a zero rating, I bought a '01 Suburban listed price on the internet was 2495. Paid 2000 cash/debit, drove vehicle home, to work, back home then went to DEQ ( unable to pass DEQ test due to computer reset - SYSTEM NOT READY ) . Returned to the place of purchase to inform them that the vehicle will not pass smog, informed them that the check engine/service light has came on , pregnant lady from inside said she told him to list the vehicle as a mechanic special. Nothing on the internet ad for vehicle being for sale said anything about mechanic special if it did then I wouldn't have purchased the vehicle. Being that I still owed 984.50, I asked if I could switch out for a different more reliable vehicle, pregnant lady replied that there are no refunds or exchanges, I have to pay her the rest of the amount of the vehicle. I turned around & left trying to figure out how can a car lot sell a vehicle for nearly 3000 & it will not pass emission standards for the state. I've placed the vehicle in the shop to have repairs done to get it to pass DEQ/emissions, currently at 2000 for vehicle repairs to pass DEQ test. On the 11th of Feb.2021, I returned to the purchase place to pay the remaining balance amount of 984.50, upon waiting for them to find my paperwork, I was asked about the DEQ, I reminded them that the check engine light was on & the vehicle is at mechanics shop. I was told that they could not give me the title because of the vehicle not passing DEQ testing. 7days later I wake up to a text message stating that I still have an unpaid amount of 984.50. Do yourself a favor don't buy from this car lot - GYPSY -

Called about a car, was told it was being repaired and would get a call back when it was done. Called to check the status a few days later and they sold it to someone else.

Just a few months back I bought a black BMW 7 series from You. I worked 100's of hours overtime being away from my family saving for a year to buy a car. The car lasted less than a half of a tank of gas, maybe 100 miles. With 185 error codes and 3 major recalls my girlfriend won't drive or ride in the car and definitely wont let the kids ride in it. I would remind you that the first buyer was allowed his deposit back. You knew I lived 90 miles away and told me I would lose my deposit. I asked you what was wrong with the car in your opinion. Matt, you informed me that the I drive screen was froze on "Add Coolant" message but that was all. I paid 2000 more than Kelly Blue Book value, no price negotiation. So many calls the car won't last is what you said. While filling out the paperwork Lindsey pointed out the I drive screen malfun tion was the reason it was advertised as a mechanics special but the day I was there to pick it up you told me that the center console screen worked for you. The BMW was not advertised on Craigslist as mechanics special. As soon as I started for home the screen told me to add oil immediately or serious engine damage could occur. I immediately added oil. I had called you on the phone about this time because none of the windows would roll down. You said something along the lines of "they don't? hmm well if you can't figure them out, well I don't know what you are going to do". It was apparent that you had no plans on helping me out. You told me " You are going to be very happy with this car". I'm Not happy, my family is Not happy.
