We shopped around at different fireplace stores and ending up buying a gas insert fireplace from Heart Designs and had them install it. Had a great experience with them as they are very knowledgeable and accommodating. Highly recommend checking them out if you are in the market for a gas insert.

We chose Hearth Designs after visiting 5 or 6 different stores looking for a higher quality gas fireplace insert. We chose them both because they carry the Jotul model that we liked and because the owner, John, was extremely helpful and responsive to our questions. We were nervous because it was going to be a complicated install with the fireplace being re-surfaced with new ledger stone and we had a tall chimney. We made a great choice going with Hearth Designs! John ended-up coming out to our house and working with our contractor on 5 different occasions to ensure that the installation came out perfect. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend them or use them again in the future.

Very happy with our fireplace. We shopped around a lot before landing at Hearth Designs and nowhere felt like employees took the time to thoroughly explain different options. The team stayed in touch with us throughout the process and was always helpful and on time (even during Covid shutdown!). Very happy with customer service and recommend Hearth Designs to anyone who would like to install a new fireplace.

I recently shopped a few store for a new pellet stove, Hearth Designs was by far the best not only in price but Ken's customer service is 2nd to none. I was told that if I ordered my stove by Thursday, it would be in by the following Wednesday. It actually came in earlier, Ken called after making sure all the other items I had needed for the job were available. I picked-up the stove Friday, installed it on Saturday.... and trying it out today. Looking forward to having my home comfy this year.

I had the stove put in for years ago… An issue came up last week with the installation and John was amazing getting it remedied! My dealings with heart design have been nothing but positive!
