Been here a few days and love it! Tracy is the best! She made the move here SOO simple and easy, Everyone keeps to themselves ans is super friendly. Definitely should have moved sooner, It’s also super close to EVERYTHING :)

The Water bills goes up every month . This month it is 126.00 They charge you for all there bills. . If they fix anything the residents pay for it . I live in a two bedroom , they pro rate the bills . The pipes are old and Water and sewage is outrageous. Last month it was 99.00 every month . You can expect s large bill . Water Works said they mail the bill to the owner but they haven’t increased the sewer . They charge you 5.00 per month for package fee . If you don’t have packages delivered to the office you still have to pay . They charge 3.78 for a company to bill residents the bills . Benton will charge you for everything .

The application/approval process was seamless! The office staff, particularly Frederick McCray, are professional and very nice. Promptly answered my emails. If not available when I called, they returned my calls quickly. Benjamin's tour of the complex was pleasant. He answered questions before I even asked! I look forward to my stay here especially with such great staff.
