Terrible customer service and inedible pizza. Pizza came out in less than 5 minutes and was sitting in a pool of water. When I picked up a piece it completely fell apart because it was soggy. We decided it was not worth the hassle and did not want to make a scene so we chose to leave without eating the pizza we had already paid for. My wife and I called to kindly let management know about our experience and that we would want to know if our place of business was sending out such poor quality food and the manager was arrogant, rude, and condescending. After a few minutes of explaining that we do not make a habit of leaving full plates of food that we already paid for uneaten, we finally received an apology and were told we were receiving a refund but we have yet to receive it. Would never go back.

I loved the vibe of the restaurant and was really excited to eat here. We ordered the garlic knots, which had very little flavor and tasted like they were about a week old....not the hot bread with butter and garlic I was expecting...the kind that melts in your mouth. For entrees, we had lasagna which was the weirdest and least appealing presentation of lasagna I've ever seen (there was also major skimping on the cheese). The calzone we ordered was overcooked and tough. For dessert, we had tiramisu, which was dry on the bottom. None of the food was inedible, but none of it was worth the calories either. The location and atmosphere earned the two stars I gave. None of the flavors were memorable and I've had much better Italian at the food court in the mall (which isn't saying much). For a 50 lunch (which included no alcohol), I expected so much more. The abundance of glowing reviews boggles my mind but it takes all kinds I guess.

Absolutely love this place. I've hosted company gatherings here, takeout for lunch, Sunday dinner, its great for any occasion. You have to try the white chocolate bread pudding!!!

Great pizza, awesome atmosphere, and amazing customer service. I had the chicken pesto pizza and it was absolutely perfect. The perfect amount of pesto on top of an absolutely perfect crust. It was super packed when we went, and we were still in and out of here super quick. We can’t wait to go back.

Food is good but staff hygiene is poor. We visited for the first time last Sunday and the person preparing the pizza did not wear a mask or gloves. We asked for the manager and were told they do not have a manager. The waiter said the owner and some staff don’t wear masks - they leave it up to each employee to decide whether to wear one. We won’t be back - poorly managed.
