Just recently rented a moon bounce from Hop On Pop's over the weekend and the kids had a blast! Jerry made the process easy and we did not run into any issues. This is my 2nd time renting from Hop On Pop's and will continue to do so!

Staff is super nice, was calling multiple times to figure out when the moon bounce would get delivered, spoke to the manager and he didn't care offered a refund and had a snarky attitude and said he wouldn't go back out later that evening or Saturday morning then came at 1030 pm to pick the thing up. Moon bounce was clean. Only reason I am giving one star is the the back and fourth with the company and the manager.
From the moment I called until I finalized my rental agreement, Dylan was super nice, honest, helpful and informative. Exactly what I look for in great customer service and appreciating your customers not just the sale! I am thankful that he walked me through all their options and ways to make things more cost effective while still being able to rent a moon bounce for my child's birthday. My current review is based on customer service, I will return with review on overall rental experience and how easy or not it is to set up the moon bounce.
Guys are friendly on the phone but the pricing is not correct on the website. Please update your website with the correct information so people don't waste their time.
We have worked with Hop on Pop's for 2 company events (multiple inflatables and a dunk tank). Our employees and their families absolutely love them each year and we will continue to work with them in the future! They are really communicative and easy to work with. The prices are great for the quality and service that's provided. The people who came to set up each year were very nice and professional!
