My Husband and myself visited Alabama Safari Park & we had such an amazing experience! The staff was friendly, Courteous, patient, & helpful! We enjoyed our visit so much! The animals were amazing and it was so much fun feeding them! If you have the chance to go & you enjoy parks like this, or if you have children, believe me kids would have a blast, Alabama Safari Park is the place to go!!! I highly recommend this place

This place is wonderful!! The kids had an absolute blast getting up close and personal with all the animals. The animals are very well behaved. Nice gift shop. The Budgie exhibit was so cool for the kids as well. definitely a fun place for a family outing. Bring a picnic lunch and spend the day!!

My best friend brought me here last August for my birthday and I had so much fun! My main comment on this place is that they have done an excellent job at maintaining the animals natural habitat as much as possible and limiting their interaction with humans to also maintain their natural instincts (aka not forcibly domesticated for/locked up in cages for ) They have tons of land to roam on, they all seem happy/healthy and the grounds were very clean! As much as I'd love to get out and play with them I am 100% thrilled that an experience has been created to give us this opportunity to encounter these amazing animals up close without causing them suffering. I recommend going when its less crowded so you can drive through slower/ have time to feed everyone/take pics. Also....just save yourself the time...and go ahead and buy more food and lettuce before you start driving through cause you'll need it definitely will be back, love this place! Maybe one day I can volunteer here!! EDIT: I 110% suggest listening to The Lion King Soundtrack while driving though

Great place to take children..a little scary at first when the animals pop their head into your car but a really cool experience once you get use to it. Turned out to be way more fun than I expected. Feeding the giraffes was my favorite part. A little pricy but the animals seem well cared for and get to roam freely so it makes it seem worth it for me.

The children had such a good time! They got to see and feed different animals. The price is per person, not per vehicle and food buckets are 5 per. Really good time. Once you take a right off the main road, the entrance is about 1.5 miles down the road.
