Wayne confirmed in person that the trailer I wanted was in stock and held it for me to pick up the next day. I was very impressed by the entire staff, especially Jordan who expertly guided me through the registration process, but I was most impressed by their honesty. They had 4 trailers exactly alike on the lot that had been delivered to them on different days. The prices of the trailers was going up with every shipment, but this company did not raise the prices of the trailers on their lot to match the higher price of the new trailers they were receiving. This along with the wonderful buying experience is enough to make me a customer for life.

I realized I needed a hitch installed on my little crossover a few days before a big out of state move. After calling a few places around town, I called HGR and Charles made it happen in less than TWO days!! He was very happy to help me and got me in the shop though their schedule was already full. No BS, no extra costs or drama. Very VERY satisfied!

Came in and Wayne had me convinced with the trailer that I wanted and it was everything and more than what I expected. Really took the extra time to make sure that I knew what I was getting. Jordan, Jenny and Richard were extremely patient and provided above and beyond customer service to ensure that I was taken care of in despite the third party issues we were having to close the deal. When true customer service is hard to find we found a gem. HGR’s was a pleasure. Jordan, Wayne and Richard did a great job for us. We came to pick up the trailer we bought and decided to have some tie downs installed also. They took care of us right away so we didn’t have to wait long. A 2.5 hour drive for us and well worth it. Paper work was quick and pleasantly done. Would recommend highly and we did check out other places and this one was interested in our business.

We were traveling up I95 and in need of a hitch adjustment near Fayetteville NC, so we pulled into Camping World. They were too busy to accommodate us, so we ventured up the road to HGR Truck and Trailers. Charles was so helpful, he completed the adjustment immediately. Highly recommend the business.
