Very polite staff. The only concern was the length of time it took to prepare. We had to wait an additional 10 minutes in the parking lot for them to bring it out. The food was very good.
First time I visited this location and I was very disappointed I have always raved about their Maryland crab cakes but when I opened the box it was black and I couldn't even pick it up without it falling apart and the taste was just burnt so I threw it in the trash. I did call and inform the manager of the problem and how I felt and she was willing to correct the problem but i didn't want it replaced I just wanted her to know the problem and that I wouldnt be back. She waa very friendly as was the other girl that I seen.
I like the fact that this is the ONLY Captain D's location which allow you to leave your tray on the table and someone comes to clear it. Staff was nice and food was good. I am not used to a fast food style seafood place so we were impressed.
