I visited this lake, which I think is a flooded quarry about 43 years ago. Went for a midnight swim with my girlfriend. Her family was staying at the Sylvan Lake campground. Romantic spot.

This is a private lake. The surrounding houses are aware of all illegal use of the lake, and prosecute trespassers in full violation of the law. This is not a public swimming lake.
Very fun and secluded hangout spot with a rope swing. The trail to get to the rope swing is hard to find and definitely don't go bare foot because there is a lot of broken glass. Not a good place to bring your family. There is no parking so you are going to have to walk along the road to get to it.
This is private property!! I would NOT go there as people are crazy about their land.
