Nice views of the James river. I had no idea this place existed. I also liked the history of the place. Good place for fishing probably too. A quiet relaxing place.There are feral cats around, so if you want to adopt a pet, there you go.

Great place to launch a canoe or kayak and paddle around City Point and some of the islands in the river. Saw lots of ospreys, blue herons and fish jumping out of the water. Interesting historical markers.

The history behind it is amazing. The scenery is very nice and my family enjoyed the walk.
