Snow plowing Christmas Eve and Christmas Day and I still cannot get out of my driveway! Not a happy camper, on a special day I’m stuck.

This is the worst plow service known to man. All season they have come late or not at all. Do not use these people, I'm sincerely warning you, they are awful. I only wish I would have read these reviews prior to signing up with Peter Doran. Here's a nice picture of my driveway they have yet again not plowed.

First snow fall of the year and they completely ghosted us. 24 hours later we can’t get ahold of them and still no plow. We will not be using them ever again!!!!
We went with Doran because we could do both lawn spraying and snow plowing and from the very first plow it was done on only 1 side they didn’t plow on the other side of the garage so we had 1 side plowed of snow and 1 side chucks of snow and ice. As far as the lawn treatments went they came and sprayed the first time in very late May and the weeds that we did have under control last year with another company are going crazy. We have not seen them back out to spray a second time so I called to find out went they might be out. I was told they were behind and she would need to check for me that was last Monday it’s now Friday I have not received any response I put a call out to all 5 numbers listed saying if they are to busy to get to us, I would like my money back so I’m still waiting. Next response if I don’t see someone spraying here or calling me with a date by Tuesday I will file a complaint with the better business bureau!!!!
