I am not a hiker expert and this was perfect for me. Difficult enough to make my day enjoyable and super fun.

Definitely it is a vivid trail that has many twists and turns with hidden curiosity, also I can say some parts of it are difficult and challenging

Top 5 best hikes in RI. This is the closest thing you will get to a real mountain hike. Scenery Beautiful To hike all year round. Hunting is not permitted in these woods, but I always wear bright colors just in case.

Intense hike. Lots of rock to climb, so make sure you are in decent shape before you attempt this one!

Very beautiful and unlike any trail I have encountered in Rhode Island. The trail follows along side Long Pond, and gives views to a very interesting coastline on the other side of the pond. However, the trail is not a loop, and once you reach the end, you must turn around, never getting to experience the other side of the pond.
