Me and my mother love living here. Linda is very nice. People who are putting their noses where they don't belong. Need to leave her alone!! She has a lot on her plate!! Do any of you ever consider that!!! Mind your own business Karen's and Darren's!!

Was looking for a place to rent for me and my fiancé to live in after we gat married, and this place showed up on Zillow. Looked nice, within price range, good location. Only issue, is that I was never able to get anywhere with applying. I tried calling 7 times over a period of 3 days, with no response back at all. I finally got ahold of somebody, but they were talking to me as if I was the issue and was bothering them. The person I talked to was very knowledgeable though, and they did help me with questions I had, but trying to get ahold of the management was almost as hard as flying the millennium falcon with no hands. Community is maintained and looks very presentable, but I would not recommend trying to apply to live here. Unless you want the headache. (5 stars for community, but -2 Stars because of experience with management)
Linda is never on time! She never does her job! Very very bad place to live. Horrible management. Corporate aka Marty does absolutely nothing about it. Linda takes the company vehicle home and I’m sure uses the company card for her own needs. I use to work here and Linda does in fact talk behind your back! She is not your friend she loves gossip and if something goes wrong she is quick to blame you!
The property manager Linda Only care about her and her only! She does not care about the residents of Collingwood! For several weeks on and off she used the company vehicle for her personal needs such as getting to and from work and also giving a friend rides. You can’t tell marty (Linda’s boss) about any of it because they have a more than friendly relationship outside of work So needless to say when you tell him she is buying cleaning supplies and toilet paper with the company card and she brings it home (which I have prof of this) he does absolutely nothing about it. Linda lies and is always in others business. We have had many handy men work here but eventually get fired due to poor communication between both of them. Not to mention the community is slowly going down hill, on the north side of the property Linda has the tree men dumping soil and wood chips all over huge piles of wood chips every where (which looks trashy) please I do not recommend you live here! Prices are too high for rent and lot rent and rent always go up! Not worth it! Nice trailers but too expensive!!!!!!
Horrible property manager! She is very quick to talk bad behind your back no matter who you are! She needs to go! Her name is Linda Freedman. She hasn’t changed at all sense high school and never will.
My fiancé called here a few weeks ago and the property manager told him to call back on July 1st and I decided to call the day before to make an appointment to see the apartment we had inquired about. Lady told me she had rented it the week prior and had nothing available to show us and then basically called my fiancé a liar and was so rude she made me cry. Got very defensive on the phone when I asked about the next apartment and when I questioned the fact that she told us to call back on the first. Really got our hopes up for nothing. Shame.
i have lived here since 1995 have seen mangers come and go and seen the park go down hill but have seen much upgraded since linda has taken over the park i think she is doing a great job i have never had a hard time getting a hold of her and she has always got back to me within 24 hrs i read some the reviews and seems to me you all spend alot of time staring at the office and not doing your part to keep the park looking nice
Horrible management. Property manager is never there and never answers the phone. Nice community just horrible property management!
