I ordered a protector for my horse and after a couple weeks still didn't see it so I finally got a response after a few emails. Apparently they ran out and instead of telling me they just canceled the order. When confronted they ignored my reply and brushed it off. Yet they did manage to send me 3 emails in the last 2 days about more stuff to buy. Completely unprofessional and good with it.

Hubby ordered awesome butter dish for me for Christmas! Came broken twice. Took forever to get a new one. Finally they read their notes about packing it so it wont break in the mail. Came solid in the box and wrapped beautifully. Love it but didn't get the final one til 2/5. Four stars for bad packaging and slow processing. But they did email me a response and took my calls. Order away! Love the butter dish
Great prices if you are not in a hurry. I ordered 13 items, 1 item was cancelled a few days later due to being out of stock. At time of placing the order, the estimated delivery timeframe within USA was 14-21 days which I didn't feel was unreasonable for clearance items with free shipping. The remainder of the items arrived well packaged 10 days after placing the order. I cannot comment on returns or post sales service as I have not needed to get in contact. Very pleased with my purchase.
Shipping time is terrible with horseloverz I will now only use horse.com since they were way way faster.

I regretfully have to write this poor review. I tried to give Horse.com adequate time to fix this problem during an obviously difficult time. I remained patient but the lack of communication and lack of common sense to the problem leaves me no choice. My horse is my child and all I wanted was a new blanket sent immediately due to the strap ripping off after 3 days. Consumer affairs will be contacted.
Website is crazy. I paid then it tells me I have to contact customer service before it can be shipped. It's Sunday and thery're closed. I send an email stating what happened, and I get an email stating the order was accepted. Then why am I being told to call? I just logged in days later, and my account says, "You must pay outstanding balance before this order can be shipped" and there's a button to pay it. What the heck? I already ordered it else where, as I needed it quickly, and I don't have time to screw around with some screwy website. I don't know how they are on the phone, but I would stay away from the website.
Yes, they have great prices. BUT it certainly isn’t worth waiting a month (and still not having the items ordered) to save a few dollars. Nothing was back ordered and nothing was customized. Items ordered were braiding bands, mane pull, trailer ties, very run of the mill items. Customer service is horrible. Told them it’s 10 days over the latest arrival date - there response was “well it has shipped and said it’ll be there the 16th”... great, that was yesterday and no longer has an expected delivery date. Will never, ever, use again. Buyer beware.
