Birkbeck’s recently assembled, leveled, re-clothed, and repaired the rails on a used pool table handed down to us in the family. I could not be happier with the level and quality of service from start to finish as well as the timeliness. Leigh kept me in the loop throughout the entire process and was a pleasure. I appreciated all her advice and insight throughout. We recently visited the store to have cues repaired and it was a pleasure meeting her in person, chatting, and benefitting from her wealth of knowledge. Phenomenal service and could not recommend more! The table came out beautiful and will be treasured!

I called to find store hours, and happened to catch Lee in the store when they were not open on a Sunday. She opened the store and hung around for me, spent 45 minutes with me for a 20 sale. Very knowledgeable, and her information was 100% accurate and extremely helpful. Anything I need for my pool table, in the future, WILL come from this store.

Helpful and knowledgeable start who love billards and can help! Great to work with. If you are in a rush and don't really want to spend much time going over the options, this place is not for you. Highly recommend, from the staff at the shop, to the staff that out everything together, everyone is great!

If you need anything for billiards you can get it here. The staff was extremely helpful and actually wanted to help. They have everything from pool tables to cues to tools for both. I believe they also do repairs as well.
