Curtis at Hoshizaki super nice guy . Has many parts for your Hoshizaki products , and he doesn't have I'm sure he could get it . I've been here many other times for out techs to get parts .

Worst distribution center I've ever used!! Unreliable, sends out expired food, continuously late. Boxes are crushed and frozen food is not frozen when u receive it. They refuse to return phone calls and cost us thousands of dollars a wk in sales due to no products being sent to our stores.
