The people who came out were very nice, but their corporation seems to be about the numbers.

Although I don't know which location hww staff came from, whether it was Cleveland or Ashtabula, they were very attentive and supportive to both me and my mother. Although my mother was only in hospice care for 24 hours I don't think I could have asked for a better hospice. Their staff showed up three to five people at a time all at once, and was a very helpful helping me find a good cheap funeral home which I was also very happy with

I have nothing but great things to say about this hospice. I haven't use them personally, but as a nurse, I have collaborated with them with the care of many of my patients. When I have concerns, I call them, and a nurse is dispatched right away to evaluate a patient. The nurses and aides are kind, gentle with the patients & their families. When families chose HWR for the hospice care of their terminally ill loved one, I feel relieved. One, if not, the best hospice service out there. I recommend them.

First and foremost when care was needed for my husband, the first nurse came in and put him in a comatose state. We wanted quality not quantity of life. Now 1 day from my husbands 2 yr passing I get a freaking donation envelope. Can they be anymore heartless. How rude not happy with them at all.

There are no words to fully express how grateful I am for the Western Reserve Hospice Staff, Extended Care Nurses and Bedside Aids. It takes certain people to do what you do. Your care for my Dad towards his end of life allowed me to be a daughter and have some special moments with him.
