Both my parents have been with this company for a while with an increasing decline in health. The aid Carol, that has been assigned to my parents is an absolute angel and such a blessing to mine and my sisters life. Knowing that each day they are being cared for and loved like family means the world to us. ️ This is not an easy road to travel, yet having loving people caring for our loved ones makes it much easier during a tough time.

We have been very pleased with Hospice select. Quick response to questions, and to supplies needed Delivery of supplies and meds is quick,. .It is easy to discuss issues and make changes because I am able to speak to the person who needs to support us. . The nurse has been exceptionally attentive to the patient's needs, and is very friendly and caring. The aides have been wonderful.. I have been able to discuss our situation with the owner, and am impressed by his responses and caring attitude.

If I could give it no starts, I would. Worse company I have ever dealt with. The company is horrible- staff are over worked and under appreciated, no one knows what they are doing or what the policies are. There is no proper training and employees are expected to sign paperwork stating they are trained, so if something happens the company can say they \trained\ their employees. The new management (CEO)is a joke-doesn't understand hospice or care about patients and their families. They used to be a good company, but the last year or so it's gone down hill. It's all a number game (patients) and although the nurses and cna's are great it doesn't change the fact that the company doesn't care about their patients. Even on the reviews you have staff members who responded giving 5 stars- deceitful and wrong, makes you wonder what else they lie about. There are so many companies out there- if you need hospice please meet with different companies and don't settle for one you don't like. You have the right to choose.

They make everything easy. Coordination of services, care, equipment, everything we've needed for my mother in law. I would strongly recommend calling them to help you out in Hospice situations. They are truly awesome.
