DO NOT USE THEM!!!!! My friend used this company for her wedding. They were having their food cooked on site by them as well as having other stuff catered.They ordered about 3,000 dollars worth of hot boxes that the company told them they NEEDED to have and then NEVER used them. The food was then served cold to the 400 guests. Some tables didn't get their food. The next day there were trays of food found that should have been served. There was 1 server for every 3 tables and most of the time the servers were NO where to be found. Many of them were taking pictures and filming the wedding instead of doing there job. When the wedding was over the security guards caught staff trying to take liquor from the bar as well a whole white castle crave case that was supposed to be set out as a late night snack by the company. When the couple got back from there honeymoon they voiced there concerns to the company who pretty much ignored them the the whole time and were not cooperative with them at all. They were NEVER apologetic about the behavior of the staff and were frankly quite rude. I would NOT use them again or recommend them to anyone!!! They are not the company you should use for ANY event you're having.

Worst Wedding Dinner Service Ever! Although enough hot boxes were provided, all of our food at our wedding was served cold, even to the head table! Our food was catered, apart from the steaks. Hospitality One's Private Services Group’s kitchen staff was in charge of plating. We provided a table chart and list of what every table ordered. For example; table 1 had 5 steaks, 3 chickens and 2 lasagnas. We were told that 1 server would be in charge of serving 2 tables (total of 20 people or less each). The tables were not served in this fashion at all, it was a complete mess. Each table should have been served all entrees before the server moved onto their second table. Instead all the servers were scrambling around only dropping chicken off at all tables. The steaks and lasagnas were not delivered to the tables until 20 minutes after the chicken; which means those people waited 30 minutes in between their salad and entrée. Imagine being the person(s) at your table who ordered chicken, do you eat your chicken or do you politely wait till the rest of your table gets served? Let’s say you start eating, now the rest of the table is hungry and starring at you while you eat. Awesome. Dinner took well over 2 hours and our DJ for the night started playing before multiple tables were even served their entre. We contacted Hospitality One Services Group the day after we arrived home from our honeymoon. It took 3 months of calling and emails to get any feedback from management. When we finally did, we received a list of excuses, finger pointing and absolutely no compassion for our dissatisfaction in the quality of their service. In good faith, we paid for their service in full and provided additional gratuities for the staff earlier that day. Huge mistake on our part! I would not recommend Hospitality Private Services Group to anyone.
