Just moved into the neighborhood was looking for a new place to try out. This place has a great menu great prices. However, ordered Chicken Pad Thai, noodles had great flavor but the meat tasted so old and nasty. Took 2 bites and rest went in the garbage. Also... The same gentleman that took my order went behind the counter and started making a plate with his bare hands after taking my payment. So I’m not sure what’s going on behind the curtains at that point I don’t think I’ll be returning.
Good place. Love the Pho. Just for a heads up. 5/19/2019 is the last day to eat here. They will be remodeling for 2 months.
i do not recommend, because the place smelled really bad and awful and terrible customer service ever... never came back again
The place itself does not look appealing at all lol... but the pho is great. It’s a place if you’re going for a date or with a boss you probably shouldn’t go. If you don’t mind though that it’s not the best looking then it’s great. The people working there are great as well. Great lunch place if you’re cold and need something warm.
I love their Pho it is truly the best I have been able to find in this side of the world. Howeever what keeps me going there on a more regular basis is the lack cleanliness and terrible unfriendly service. Staff seems bothered when asked to place order or if i need something like lime for soup, I have to get up and get it and they seem very unhappy about giving you a simple wedge of lime. I can see other customers having similar experience and struggle to leave out of there happy, key to a restaurant is good food, if you already have that Hot Pho, all you have to do is improve your service, hire happy people and keep it clean, really hope for some improvement in those areas.
My new go to spot for quick weeknight eats. I usually order their rice plates or other grilled items. Everything is seasoned well and dishes are reasonably priced.
Service was ok, food was terrible, place has too many flies and it SMELLS!
