I have been coming to Hot Pot Heaven since my daughter was a baby! She is 9 now going to be 10! Ahhhh! We love coming to Hot Pot not only because of the food but because of their service! I was so amazed at how accommodating they were to my daughter. They provided her with her own kiddie size cup, bowl and utensils. She felt like a big kid and was so happy! My daughter and I love the Mushroom Broth and all of the plates they provide to add to your broth (both meat, sea food and veggies!) Thank you for all the lovely memories you have created for me and my little one!

I ate mashroom broth but tastes like soil. Their sauce are kind of okay. I don't think I come back again. The rice they cook is disgusting. I'd rather go to other hotpot places.
It was our first time ever eating Hot Pot style. I was nervous that I wouldn't like it, but I really enjoyed it. We got a split pot, one side Hawaiian broth, the other side Thai Broth. You pay for the broth and then add on meat and veggies at an additional cost. Our server was super nice, very friendly and helpful and the taste was great! It was a fun experience!
Delicious food! Great value for price. I got the split pot, one side spicy Kim chi and the other side sesame. They have a great selection of fresh veggies and fried tofu, soft tofu and noodles. As a vegetarian I didn’t try their meats. I felt super safe and comfortable eating here during covid
This was my first hot pot experience. It was so delicious and such a great experience!
First time here, a little cold when you first get in but the hotpot gets you nice and warm. We did the Thai and seafood broth and picked what we wanted from the fridge. Ordered pork shoulder and brisket, was delish! We asked for spicy on both broth and the steam will sometimes get to your eyes and cause mascara to run but no worries. Would definitely go back as the kimchi broth is also popular.
Flew from Maui to Oahu just to eat at this place. Waited patiently until quarantine was lifted so we could go. Loved the atmosphere. The owners were amazing...they stopped by the table many times to speak to us. They were very friendly. Plastic shower curtains provided barriers between each table. The food selection was incredible. Loved picking out my own sauces. Will definitely go back!
Awesome Hot pot. Nice selection, no buffet but genki sushi style plate pricing. Self serve.
