Travis Norris, the owner of Hot Shot Construction Services LLC went above and beyond the call of duty to make sure I loved my new master bedroom windows (three of them!). I met him when he gave my family beautiful solid-core doors to rebuild our home after Hurricane Harvey, for a great price! This time, I ordered hurricane proof opaque "rain" windows for my master bedroom and they are beautiful. To make sure I was happy, Travis drove 4 hours from his place of business to my home, worked with his crew to make sure the install was perfect, then drove 4 hours back. I give him "FIVE STARS" for his work ethic, beautiful product, and skill and expertise.

Sliding Patio Doors: Team Travis IS awesome! They were professional, reasonably priced, and on time! There was a snafu (not on their part) with the order and they worked hard to make it work. They were hard-working and kept me informed on the process as I wanted to learn what they were doing. They were professional and kept the area clean as demolition/removal occurred. It is hard to find a company that honest in pricing and workmanship and Hot Shots fits the name well. I HIGHLY recommend them and hope to use them in the future. Do not hesitate to hire!!!!!
Travis really knows his stuff. I highly recommend this company. You just won't find a more honest and hard working team to take care of your home repair needs. Our back door was sticking badly and I was nervous about what all the repair would entail. Travis was great about explaining the whole process upfront and his team did an outstanding job on installing our new door. I love the end result.
Another veteran owned company that we hired and highly recommend: Hot Shot Construction Services. They replaced all of our damaged or rotted fascia and soffit boards. They were on time everyday, professional and worked hard the entire time. They stayed in contact with us throughout the entire process and answered all of our questions. They also install doors and windows. I would hire them again and recommend them to everybody. Travis, Lee and Kyle were great to work with and know their business.

OMG I am so glad I got these windows installed when we did. We were without power during this recent hard Houston freeze but it never got below 60 degrees in here!! With the old windows, I know it would have gotten into the thirties, easy - more than likely 20s. Thank you sooo much Hot Shot!!

The crew at Hotshot Construction did an amazing job replacing the weathered and rotting facia boards all around my house. They were efficient and very communicative as they tackled the huge job. 10/10 would recommend.
