Well there service techs are awesome and very friendly. They helped with all my questions and got me the help I needed as fast as possible. They helped fix the issues that there answering service caused. I understand that it was not there fault. Once I contacted the actual store they did everything for me that I could have ever needed. The fast response and time saving efforts made things so much easier.

I got a cpap machine from them .They were rude.Not customer friendly at all.I waited over a month for filter,finally went in after calling over and over ,and they gave me grief over getting filters. And it’s been months and still don’t want to give me filters.I returned their machine and took my business elsewhere.
Received wrong items and when I called to correct the order, was on hold for 20 minutes and couldn’t understand the representative that I got. He was very unhelpful and unfriendly. Poor customer service will order my supplies from Amazon for now on and save money too! The folks at the local office in Hot Springs are very helpful, unfortunately you have to order through their supply house and an 800 number.
This place has really gone down hill. So disappointed in supplies sent. A hose for my CPAP was ripped.....yes ripped within two weeks of recieving and they will not replace until I send old one back. How will that help me in the meantime? They sent a water chamber that does not fit my machine and their only answer was to go by the local office and see if they could figure it out. Really? No chin strap was included in order even though it was requested. Hate that insurance had already paid the claim! IF you have another supply option, I would seriously consider it.
They need people that know how to use credit card machines . 49 bucks costs 900 out of your account .
