Amanda and Austin were amazing. Everything was clean and every safety procedure was kept too. I felt safe because everything was sanitized properly and the tables were distanced.

Poor service. Very slow. Served other patrons who arrived after us first. By the time our food was served it was cold and unappetizing. They didn't even try to heat it up. The appetizer was so delicious we were expecting better. I Requested salt on my Margarita rim and did not get it. I don't normally give bad reviews but this experience was so unreal I has to relay this information. One person in our party completely canceled her order in protest. When we rightly complained we were offended a discount and received 2 off at first. When we questioned that it was changed to 10%. It was not a good experience. We were very disappointed. I ordered a steak sandwich but got something chopped up on a sub roll instead.
Good old fashioned pub. Good drinks. Good wait staff. Good music. Checked all the boxes. People are people and this place is great for meeting new ones.
We walked in around 12:30 on a Saturday. We waited by the entrance door for 5 minutes before being acknowledged. We were sat a table and given no menus. After approximately 10 minutes of no service, we flagged down a staff member and asked for a menu. The service was lackluster to say the least. After a long wait for food, we had about 5 drinks between my wife and I. We saw several others leave unsatisfied and mad after poor service. We went approximately 30 minutes waiting on drinks and finally just asked for our ticket. 15 minutes later, still no ticket. The manager said their WiFi was down and could not accept credit cards. We had no cash, so they excused our tab. By far, the worst customer service we’ve ever had and we travel all over the US. We came here because of the good reviews, but that was not the case today.
Service was good. Live music was not enjoyable. We would need ALOT more beer to have been able to stay with singer!
