We loved our stay at Hotel Hale! I've been coming to Hot Springs since I was a child to visit family and walking along bathhouse row - I love that there are some exciting changes like Hotel Hale happening! Being able to stay in such a historic building and literally bumping up against the entrance to the National Park was truly special. We also really enjoyed the brewery next door. Our room (the Maurice) was clean and welcoming. We loved the large soaking tub with thermal Hot Springs water and took tons of baths in just the few days we were there. My boyfriend is an early riser, and really appreciated the coffee service and we were excited it could be delivered at 6 AM! We had breakfast one morning at the hotel and it was delicious, too. Overall, this was a really special experience and I hope the downtown continues to grow in Hot Springs.

This hotel is beautiful and quaint. With only 9 rooms the service is impeccable. The little rubber ducky is the icing on the cake. We stayed on a Sunday in the Superior room. Even though this was their smallest room it was still gorgeous with plenty of room for two. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. The hotel is right next to the Superior Brewery and dinner there was amazing.

Very friendly and atmosphere was great, service was good too, but questionable food...ran out of chicken for salad and ground beef tasted sour,

Pat and Ellen make you feel like family. We take early morning hikes and the staff have the coffee delivered to our door as we walk in! The service is impeccable! Being able to soak in the thermal hot springs water in our rooms is amazing! The bed is the most comfortable bed I have ever slept on. If you visit Hot Springs, you MUST experience the Hotel Hale!

Attention to detail is not missed here. Pat and his team were non-stop, hands-on serving us during our quick stay. They provide a unique experience combining a bed and breakfast feel with an upscale hotel room that impresses. You get to select your breakfast items the night before (to eat in the lobby) and even choose an exact time for coffee delivered to your room. Speaking of attention to detail, I noticed that the coffee mugs were warmed...not sure if they meant to do that but that was a first and I hope that is part of their process. The quiches they served were amazing as well as the muffins! The over sized tubs that have the hot spring mineral water piped in were very nice. All the room amenities were modern and comfortable and very stylish. This hotel is worth the little extra money for the experience, location, food, comfort, and charm. Well done.

It's amazing to be able to stay in an original bath house in the national park. They opened the hotel a couple years ago and obviously put a lot of thought into keeping the old but merging with modern amenities. The availability of water from the thermal springs in the private bathroom is very unique. Wonderful service, great place to stay!

From the moment we arrived until we checked out, Hotel Hale was awesome. The staff was super friendly, the baths use the thermal water from the hot springs, breakfast was delicious... And we got cookies with our stay! Our stay kicked off an anniversary week where we ended up camping, but we totally could have stayed here the entire time and been happy!
