I’m so glad that I went to Felix Brace and Limb. Chasity and Breauna were so professional, friendly and very helpful. They were also very quick with getting the insurance preauthorizations completed. Miss Gayle was also very professional and she got me fitted with my brace comfortably and quickly. I highly recommend Felix Brace and Limb!

I wasted multiple trips here for insoles for nothing, they kept cutting them so short my toes would hang completely off the end and then they treated me badly with an attitude because they had to redo their mistakes and start over a couple times. This was a very unprofessional experience for a medical place that deals with health insurance and trying to help people in pain. All said and done I’m stuck with insoles that are pieced together on the end because I had to move out of town before they got around to finishing them correctly

The staff could be more professional and friendly. Seems like most of the Staff have bad day or have some attitude. Also it took 6 weeks to get insoles. Hope they improve customer service with smile rather than attitude.
