Freddy was an AMAZING hibachi chef, he was hilarious and entertaining and his food was fantastic! Always ask for him! Their OMG rolls are to die for!

Went in expecting a wait for hibachi but when finally seated it was close to 30 additional minutes before the waitress from the adjacent hibachi which was seated after ours noticed we hadn't even had our drink order taken. Our intended waitress said she was never told she had a table but I noticed she had been in and out of the dining room multiple times so I'm not sure how she didn't see. The food however was great as usual so it saved it from a 1 star rating

Osaka has been one of our fave places to go. Yesterday, we never recd our Roll, despite server checking on it. I was finally told near end of my meal it had not been prepared after being told it was in fryer. I did watch 2 rolls go to hibachi area during this time. He was still not busy, but was not concerned at all with making it. .... One month ago, I received it when I was almost finished with meal. The sushi chef was much more interested in chatting with folks at his sushi bar. Very disappointing. I was told this happens often. They were not busy, it was approx 315 pm...I'm done. The meal was good, the server tried his best so I give 2 stars.

We LOVED Osaka! This was our first time to eat there and we were in town for our daughter's 13th birthday. She had several friends with her and our chef was amazing. He made the birthday dinner memorable and the girls laughed the entire time. We will definitely be back the next time we are in town. Thank you!

From a local opinion the sushi Is high quality The atmosphere is perfect and everyone should go there at least once in any trip to Hot Springs. Great service great chefs and great food deserve great tips!!!!

I should have taken pictures but I won't return to do so. This is an overpriced minimal source of entertainment, I had Lobster and steak like two others at the table. It was redicoulus the portion he gave of the lobster tail using 1 tail that I seen on the grill divided by 3. I brought this to the waiters attention and the Cook heard me a turned to tell me "only 1 tail with lobster and sreak" I knew this, that's what I was looking for my 1 tail not 5 little cut pieces. Then the steak, monster chunks of cut meat barely tender. I don't like my food mixed with others in a pile for the cook to portion out. The whole plate is full of Rice and Vegetables to fill up on. Never again, really what are people talking about good food.

I would have rated this a 5. The food is DELICIOUS. However if you want hibachi they make you sit at an hibachi table with absolutely no social distancing from other guests. Not cool. Other Hibachi places Ive been to allow you to order from the hibachi menu without sitting at an hibachi table. Maybe they dont have a way to cook hibachi other than at the table but if they dont they should look into it.
